In The Brain Brokers, a super intelligent person invents a new method of DNA identification by satellite. The technique is used to link criminals with the crime at light speed. It may not be too far off from happening. Like a forecast of going to the moon in the 50's and then doing it 20 years later, my story may be just a harbinger of the future. Perhaps a good guess on my part.
